Returns and Refunds

We welcome returns on our standard items within 14 days of receipt. If an item is faulty or not as described then the postage costs are on us.

Simply changed your mind (not available for personalised items)? Then you'll need to pay the postage costs.

Any items returned must be sent via a track-able, secure courier.

Please include your full name and address when sending back to us and contact us prior to return. Refunds are processed once items are received back unused, in original condition.
